Osvaldo Soetsane

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Osvaldo brings over 25 years of experience across the NHS, Social Care, and private healthcare sectors. He is a qualified Mental Health Nurse with a strong background in acute, forensic mental health, supporting individuals with complex needs including dementia, Brain Injuries, learning disabilities, and autism. Osvaldo has held senior roles such as Hospital Director and Operations Director, led high-performing teams and driven service improvement. He has also served as a Clinical Specialist Advisor for the CQC and worked as a Registered Manager with consistently strong ratings. Osvaldo is passionate about person-centred care, quality outcomes, and staff development. His values and expertise align closely with Skyler Care’s mission.

Waheed Rehman

Chief Financial Officer

Waheed is a Chartered Certified Accountant with a strong background in corporate finance and healthcare. After working with Blue Chip companies, he founded his own accountancy practice in 2007, specialising in financial services for pharmacies and medical professionals. As Managing Director at AWR Accountants, he leads a team that understands the unique financial needs of the healthcare sector. Waheed is passionate about person-centred care and plays a key role in aligning Skyler Care’s financial strategy with its mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality support.
